Perfect stay

Bad smell in hallway

It was comfortable and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria House and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained from the moment I arrived. It’s clear the hosts take great care of the property. The location is excellent—quiet enough for a good night's rest but perfectly situated for easy access to Milan and the surrounding sights. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay.

Our daughter was graduating from Humanitas University, and this location was the perfect place to organize everything needed for her special day. We hosted a dinner for her close friends at The Fifties Restaurant, kitty-corner, and downstairs. There is a very nice grocery store just across the parking area. One of the best gelato stores in the area is located near the main entry door, where many community members and families gather for aperitivo every evening. To top it all off, the vast community park surrounding the planned community of Milano 3 afforded us very lovely walks every day. I would recomend Victoria house to any visiting families from the hospital or university.

The only minor issues were that the payment/registration app didn't work with my US Apple-based phone setup. Victoria was more than accommodating, and we were able to work out a payment alternative. The instructions to enter the development and find the entry door were lacking for anyone who had not been here before, but Victoria was super responsive and patient and stuck with us until we found our way in.

Great host - good location - nice facilities in appartment

Super place a middle of Milano 3 - ok size apartment, for a short stay for 4 persons.

Duvets could be nice (for Scandinavian people)

Appartamento molto carino, molto pulito e accogliente. Lo consiglio! Anche perché sotto c’è il bar e dei bei ristoranti con un piccolo lago artificiale molto carino.

Solo che c’è un po’ di odore di pipì non so perché fuori la porta.
