Spotless apartment, great amenities, warm and comfortable, heated pool and in a fabulous location right near the main street and over the road from the sea.

Great location and comfortable stay

Paihia Waterfront Apartment was excellent! As like many others said, it was very clean. Perfect location in town to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, ferry to Russell and to marina to board Bay of Islands cruises. My husband and I loved hanging out on our little patio in the evenings to enjoy the beautiful weather. John, was very helpful during our stay and provided great recommendations. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We found the apartment very clean and it was great having a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Although we didn't cook there was everything you needed in the kitchen. The bathroom was rather compact and the shower was over the bath which wouldn't suit everyone but was fine for us. The bedroom was a good size and the bed comfortable but we would have liked a blackout blind or thicker curtains to keep the light out. The location is perfect with restaurants and a cafe right outside and the shops a few minutes walk away.
