We REALLY ENJOYED our stay @ Spanish Main 29. Condo was very well laid out and clean. Very Peaceful, relaxing and not a care in the WORLD. Just like we NEEDED so very much. We plan to make another trip down to have some more "me time" as I call it.Condo had everything that was needed for our stay to be comfortable. The Condo was beautiful and close to the ocean. Plenty of room for a two bedroom. The host was very attentive and thoughtful. All the accessories one would need for the beach were provided too. My family and I would absolutely choose this place to stay again and again.

We loved our stay in COCO Beach! We stayed 7 nights and it was wonderful. Easy check in and out. Happy was our host, and he was a great communicator!The condo was clean, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen which was really nice. We cooked several nights and it was nice to have the space to cook and sit on the lanai eat dinner or breakfast and see the beautiful ocean. The view of COCO beach was spectacular! The bed was very comfortable and you could hear the ocean from the bedroom which was awesome! We used the pool a few times which was large and clean. Mostly were at the beach. They provided beach chairs, towels and cooler which was extra nice.We were blessed to have witnessed 2 launches from the pathway to the beach! Or sip coffee on the lanai and watch! The lanai had a beautiful view of Cape Canaveral!We would stay here again and highly recommend The Pelican Point Condo.Sandi

This was a great 4th story unit. Everything was very clean. Parking was convenient next to elevator and steps, and the balcony view was way better than the photos! Great ocean and pool views from the shady balcony, plus you can clearly see the Kennedy Center rocket launch area in the distance. The pool was impeccably maintained with plenty of lounges. And one of the shorter walks to the beach in the area!
