The construction dates from 2022, the garden of 500 m2 has just been planted.
Located in a very quiet locality, Villa Paia is functional, fully equipped, its central location close to the lake and the points of interest of the Verdon make it an exceptional property!

The house is ideally located near the Lake of Sainte Croix but also the many villages of the Haut Var to visit: Aups, Moustier Sainte Marie, Cotignac, Plateau de Valensol
It has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including a fully closed mezzanine, a bathroom and a toilet. Outside a beautiful terrace on which you can enjoy your meals and a garden area with a view through fields.
Villa Paia is located in a very quiet and peaceful environment, a locality composed of 4 houses. Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
It is adjoining on one side with another house that we rent.

On site you will also find an inflatable paddle, subject to accessibility
In Baudinard you will find tennis courts, and a children's playground.

We have 3 apartments for seasonal rental in La Cadière d'Azur, including our main house, Villa Rozie, and the house adjoining it, Villa Hookipa.
We are trustworthy people who are committed to renting to travellers who will have a good holiday.

Linen (sheets / towels / bath mats / dish towels / hand towels) is not included.
You can if you wish to rent it at a rate of 10 euros per person, or bring your own linen.
