The beautiful 57 m² apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. The spacious entryway features a coat closet. The bright living room features a 1.20 m x 2.40 m sofa bed and a wall unit with a flat-screen cable TV that includes Netflix. The bedroom has a box-spring bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m (bed linens included), as well as a large wardrobe, two nightstands, and a safe. The new built-in kitchen offers everything you need for cooking: it includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishes and cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, bowls, and dish towels. A Senseo coffee maker for pods, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle are provided. A mixer, microwave, and air fryer are also available for your use. The beautiful dining table seats 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a spacious sink with a mirror and vanity cabinet for your toiletries. We also provide a hair dryer and cozy bath and hand towels for your use.
We have a storage area for your luggage; in this storage area, you’ll also find an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, and cleaning supplies. The cozy courtyard features a comfortable seating area, and a parking space is also available for your use. Take advantage of the excellent infrastructure in the very cozy and well-maintained town of Neckargemünd (buses, trains, boats, restaurants, doctors, shops).
