The property is well located just 250m or so from the main road in a very quiet block of 2 townhouses/units. Beautifully decorated with quality appliances. It is spacious inside and has a cute little enclosed lawn/garden area. There is a little mini mart 150m away and a small local bar/wine bar just 50m away. There are some backpacker hostels nearby but any noise of groups coming or going doesn't make it to the unit as it is behind the first unit. Lovely place - all in all. Tram and shopping centre are just a short walk away
There really isn't anything to not like unless you wanted to be right in the centre of the busy area. But there is a big shopping centre walking distance away.
