The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. I could not fault the staff either, their hospitality and attentiveness are top-notch. This was our second stay towards the end of a 2-week period so we opted for the cheaper option but the staff was kind enough to provide us a room with a bigger window.

Amazing location and a beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and staff were helpful. We came during Hanoi’s Liberation Day and there were lots of loud parties outside but the room was very quiet! The bed was so comfortable, we loved every moment in this hotel
Most bread and pastries during breakfast were stale which is a shame, other than that everything else was delicious.

Perfect location, walking distance to so many hot spots like beer street, the puppet theatre, etc Really great for party people!
Breakfast was ideal too, and even if you've got an early trip, you can grab a to-go box and staff are happy to package breakfast buffet food so you don't miss out! Also a very luxurious bathroom!
It didn't bother us because we're party people, but there is a club opposite that plays loud booming music until midnight. I'm sure there are quiet rooms facing other directions, but really don't stay at this lovely hotel if you like a quiet early night in.
