Very clean, spacious room with useful kitchenette and desk space. The location is just across the street from the Legacy Museum and a short walk from downtown restaurants, the Biscuits ballpark and the waterfront. The free breakfast was standard fare but they did have fruit and bagels. They also had decent coffee available at all times as well as cold filtered water. There was ample, easy, free, adjacent free street parking so we did not pay for hotel parking.
The sheets were 100% polyester and the fitness center AC didn’t work well- it was 80F in there! However, the equipment was in good shape.

Clean and nice location for what we were there for
Would have rated higher but the access to entry/exit terminal wasn’t working so it was very hard and frustrating coming in and out of the property.
