I really wanted to give 10/10—the host’s care and effort shine through the stylish renovation, lighting, and decor. The front garden is sweet, check-in was super easy, and the house is spacious and well-equipped. The anti-slip pads on the spiral staircase were a very thoughtful touch for nighttime safety. However, a few easily fixable areas need attention. If outsourcing cleaning, a change of team might be needed: we found leftover trash on the floor, kitchen surfaces weren't fully cleaned, and I had to wipe down the dusty bathroom radiator myself. General cleanliness was lacking in a few spots, but these are very straightforward to fix. Overall, with just these swift improvements, this place could easily achieve a perfect score.

As other reviews noted, the bathroom had a slight musty odor—a natural diffuser would do wonders here. Parking in front was also blocked by other cars so we had to park further away, though I realize this isn't something the host can control.

Property was really nice. House is spacious and has a nice sitting area out front. It’s in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There is a great mini market across the street plus a great coffee shop. There is parking out front.
