Everything
The blinds on the Port side were not working. The property was unaware of it which means they are not on top of things. Plastic utensils for everyone. Unless I am on a picnic I expect breakable utensils. The floor is amazing. I can see the temptation to protect it but it was just not nice to be using plastic stuff to eat as adults especially such a highly rated place with such exceptional cleanliness and design. Being asked to pay a deposit only after I had paid a non refundable amount for my stay. That I should know up front.

The place is actually very beautiful
I had to wait for the key for more than 30 minutes, when I got to the aprtment there door was not locked. There was a bottle of a drink which was left in the kitchen to show that there were people there. Some parts of the aprtment were very dusty, I found a bowl which had been utsed but not washed in the cupboard which gave out a foul smell and then there was not hot water when we arrived due to gyser issue which the owner tried to resolve with the water heaters but forgot to bring the cords for them.
