The property is quite large, with a separate main bedroom and smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a single bathroom/toilet. The kitchen and lounge area is one room. There is a washing machine and the kitchen had most of the cutlery and items we needed for our one week stay. The property was clean and tidy. Whilst parking is a hassle (see below), the actual village location is good for hiking in the local area. We walked from the property a few times, and it is only a few minutes into the village. It is a 10 minute drive from a bigger town that has supermarkets.

Trying to get access information out of the owner was hard work. I had to ask multiple times, before the details were sent to us on the morning we arrived in Spain, which meant I had to waste time at Bilbao airport setting up the satnav. The address location on Booking.Com is not quite where the property is actually located (it is just up the road). There is no allocated parking, it is just on-street, which ordinarily would be OK, but the week we visited there was a music and fireworks festival on in the village, which meant parking was challenging at times. There is an underground car park at the flats, but this was not offered as an option (I'd happily have paid extra for this). The owner did not advise there was a music festival on. Had we known, we would have moved our booking around to the following week (we stayed one week here and the next week in Potes). Not only was music blaring all night (until well past 4am), there was a regular release of very loud firecrackers and fireworks. On one night (a Sunday) at 00:30 hrs, there was a full on firework display which was very loud - I love fireworks, but what sort of nutter puts on a display after midnight on a Sunday!? There is no shower curtain - others have pointed this out. There is therefore no way of showering properly, other than sitting in the bath and trying not to flood the bathroom as the water sprays. Not sure why they can't just fit a simple 5€ shower curtain and rail... There is no aircon and no fan was supplied, so it can be stuffy when the wind is calm. When we arrived the electricity to the flat did not work. I found that the coffee maker had been overfilled with water and was shorting out the electrics. Fortunately, disconnecting this and resetting the 'General' circuit breaker worked. Had we been met in person, this issue could have been fixed before we arrived. We paid just under 1000€ for a week.

El baño podría tener una cortina de ducha, por lo demás perfecto.

Hemos estado genial en el apartamento. Todo muy cuidado y cómodo, y la zona es una maravilla para hacer rutas y disfrutar de unos días por Asturias. Sobre todo, destacar la gestión de Teresa, que estuvo pendiente de todo y hizo que la estancia fuera todavía mejor. Volveremos pronto seguro
