The Victorian Hotel & Spa Room 3

Очень классный интерьер самой гостиницы, просто приятно было находиться👍 Все очень уютно, чисто, хозяйка замечательная, отзывчивая! Теперь хочется еще раз вернуться в Ереван!

Everything was great, location is pretty convenient as well

The hotel has been very recently refurbished, and it is very clean and cosy. Room 3 is not so large, but my wife and I stayed there for 10 days in a comfortable way, as everything is perfectly organised in all details, so you have all the space you need. The hotel is in a semi-central area, which is very comfortable: the metro (subway) is ten minutes' walk far, and you can also walk to the centre (the cathedral) in 20 minutes (we did it a few times). Around the hotel there are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants and everything you need. The taxis (very low cost in Yerevan) can find the hotel easily. The owner speaks English, and he is very supportive. We agreed with the owner on a very late check-in and a very early check-out with no problem. He can also provide a private pick-up and drop-off at the airport at a good price.

De inrichting van de kamer vond ik sfeervol en was aandacht aan besteed. Beneden in het pand een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar je eten kunt maken en een gezamenlijke koelkast. Door omstandigheden kon de eigenaresse zelf niet aanwezig zijn maar ze hield wel goed contact via de app en was behulpzaam.

Ik had een hotel verwacht en geen (woon)huis met een paar kamers. Was voor mij lastig te vinden, zelfs mensen die in de buurt woonden wisten niet dat daar een hotel was. De naam van het hotel vind ik misleidend. Het lijkt alsof het een spa hotel is maar blijkbaar slechts 1 kamer heeft "Spa" faciliteiten. Kamer werd tijdens mijn verblijf niet schoongemaakt. Vond ik zelf geen probleem maar wellicht wel voor anderen. Weinig loopruimte in de kamer, zeker als je er met z'n tweeën overnacht.
