Luangisa African House

Great parking, quiet street. Exquisite African decor. I felt like I had taken a trip to an African resort! Extremely comfortable bed! Immaculate house! Rosa was warm and friendly. Lots of treats, coffee, water, tea, juice, fruit and eggs provided for breakfast. She met me when I arrived and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Rose hosts a lovely property. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Rose kindly purchased exactly what we requested for breakfast. It's located in a nice, leafy neighbourhood, although you're better off if you have a car at your disposal. Setting aside all of these great features, though, the outstanding aspect of the house is the amazing African artwork, all beautifully curated. Everywhere you look there is something unique to catch your attention.

The bathroom is tiny but we coped just fine. And the bed is a little softer than we prefer.

Rose was welcoming and accommodating. Her home was very comfortable and I felt able to relax completely. I love the location and felt very safe as I traveled alone. It was so beautifully decorated with so much African artwork. I truly enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back again!

Absolutely gorgeous. Everything from the African decor to the comfortable bed to Rose's impeccable hospitality -- flawless.

I worried about the proximity to the highway, but the Hutch is a parkway, so no trucks, just a background whoosh of white noise. Not a problem at all. If there's anything negative to say it might be that the bathroom is tiny. Watch your head!
