De vriendelijke eigenaren waren hartelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect. Er is nauwelijks verkeer. 's Nachts is het buiten lekker stil. Het matras van het bed was geweldig. Je kunt ter plekke een scooter huren.

Douche en toilet kunnen wel wat onderhoud en aanpassingen gebruiken. De kraan van de wasbak zat los en met zeep aan de handen kon ik het moeilijk open- of dichtdraaien. Ik miste een rekje of plankje waar je toiletspullen even op kon zetten. De betegeling en de voegen zijn wat vergeeld. De lichtknopjes zijn onlogisch geplaatst.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Life Beach 1. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The balcony is slightly small because of the air-conditioning unit, but there is also a pleasant courtyard downstairs. Wi-Fi is very good. The location near Thung Wua Laen Beach is quiet and convenient. The beach, restaurants and basic amenities are within walking distance, and Chumphon is around 20 minutes away by scooter. Vincent and his family were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Communication was always easy, they picked me up from the train station, and I could rent a scooter directly from them at a very very fair price compared to local standards. Vincent’s wife was also very helpfull and regularly offered fresh water, toiletries and room cleaning. Laundry service is available as well and is reasonably priced. Lucky, their dog, is extremely sweet and cuddly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, excellent value for money, a comfortable room, a peaceful location and genuinely wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

The owners Nisi & Vincent with their small daughter are amazingly kind 🤗 They picked us up from the airport themselves and offered their help for everything we could need. We just had a short one night stopover from Koh Tao to the Airport in Chumporn the next morning.

Die lage

Die Vorhänge sind nicht aufzuziehen. Ein kleiner minikühlschrank muss geteilt werden. Die Zimmer mit van sind sehr heiß. Im ganzen Ort kein Laden um etwas einzukaufen. Der Owner spricht sehr herablassend über seine Gäste. Amerikaner hasst er, deutsche sind zu pingelig und stressig. Könnte noch ausholen..... mich hat er derart beleidigt das ich einen emotionalen Zusammenbruch erlitt.... Entschuldigung von ihm er kann nicht so gut englisch ist aber schon sehr lange im Tourismus tätig. Führte auch ein hotel auf koh samui... bla bla bla... Musste dann frühzeitig abreisen wegen dieser tiefgründigen Beleidigung. Auf die Frage ob ich die beiden Nächte erstattet bekomme bekam ich keine Antwort....leider. Es wurden auch Witze gemacht das ich dick bin ........ unfassbar. Hab ich überhaupt noch nie erlebt.
