Aparthotel Adagio London City East

Bed was very comfortable as was the room in general. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We did have an issue with the shower but we have since resolved this with the hotel. Breakfast was okay, we found it quite basic. Location was also okay for what we needed but very busy and quite a loud neighbourhood.

Just 5 minutes walk from Aldgate East tube station. Located on a busy high street so lots of options for meals, groceries on the door step. Bus stop right outside.

Instead of a double bed I was given two single beds pushed together with the bedding spread over it. This led to an uncomfortable night. I fed this back when checking out and later I received an email to acknowledge this but also telling me at least everything else was good. I replied them to say I woke up with back pain and that had increased over the duration of the day, had no response since
