I love Rob’s Retreat. The property is just like the kind of beach house that I would want to have. My favorite part was chilling with the doggo while enjoying a Blu-Ray from the host’s collection!
Since this is Texas, you have to watch out for sticker burrs in the grass. My pup collected a ton in her fur.

Great location with a good view
Not very clean. Musty, moldy, dusty. Kitchen items not very clean - greasy pan. The place needs a good cleaning, and couch needs to be cleaned. For the price I paid for cleaning in the contract, it certainly wasn’t cleaned to that standard when we got there
