Everything was great. We had a lovely time. The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a very good location, and easy to reach by public transport. The staff were very nice and helpful. Room service was fast.
very small things, for example, it took a long time to refill the items for breakfast that finished early, or there could be more variety in breakfast. We also forgot a laptop charger back in the hotel, and they said they can not send it to us. it would have been nice to have it sent at our own expense

Lovely location, good breakfast
Airco broken and when returned to hotel to start driving home and not allowed to take a coffee to go without paying extra, not great customer service.

The waiter in the bar and restaurant was rude and unwelcoming

"Friendly staff, spacious room and an excellent breakfast. Walking distance to town. There is a indoor bike storage, which is locked during the night."
