Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location. The best part is being a little off the main 5 Terra towns. Levanto is quiet, picturesque, and the access to trains and hikes is perfect. The included breakfasts were very very good.

This hotel is located on a busy one way street in a central location. The staff was welcoming on our arrival and directed us to a secure lot to leave our rental car for an extra daily charge. Breakfast was a strong point, buffet with assorted fresh local pastries, scrambled eggs, ham and a bowl of fresh fruit provided daily. Great town for walking to the waterfront or a variety of restaurants. Be prepared for walking as the train station is a hike from the hotel but provides regular access to all the villages of the Cinque Terre.

Mattress on bed was noticeably firm, elevator was broken to the second floor, which meant you take the elevator to the third and walk town.
