The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was very mondern, and looks exactly like the pictures shown. Enjoyed the breakfast... fresh fruit every day.

The location was a good distance from pick up spots for popular excursions.

Breakfast was ok, limited options and the portion size was very small. If you took something that was not to your liking and want to change the meal you will need to pay for it.

So, one thing the hotel could do to feel more welcoming is something simple, like offering a complimentary bottle of water at check-in. Right now, everything in the room -even water- is chargeable, which felt a bit unwelcoming. A small courtesy item like free water, or even a small welcome snack could make guests feel appreciated instead of nickel-and-dimed. That kind of small touch can change the whole mood. 7us for 2 bottles of water is insane!!!!!. The hotel has a nice view and modern feel, but breakfast portions were small and changes cost more to change and item you don’t like. Communication could be difficult at times because of language. At checkout, we were asked to pay for a towel they thought had lipstick on it. We explained it wasn’t ours and it was a dirty towel that was left by previous guest. “We should have reported that” since we don’t wear lipstick and we hadn’t left it there. Initially, they said we didn’t have to pay, but later a housekeeper came back with all the used towels and washcloths, pointing out makeup stains, which felt confrontational. It left us uncomfortable, and overall left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel!!!!!!
