It was our first time in Hammamet, we were with our 1 year old baby, we loved our stay in Taj Sultan.
Special mention to Anas and Khaled.

The room was new. The swimming pool was large and convenient. The access to the beach was amazing. I was given a room with sea view.
I had dinner one night at the hotel. As my booking didn't include dinner, staff were very keen on getting the dinner payment as I was dining. It felt like as though I was a hotel "outsider".

The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time.

The location is great, staff was rather pleasant and trying to help but gets overwhelmed especially in the breakfast area. The beach was clean and a great place to have fun.
The hotel is old and outdated. It is a very decent 3* but not a 5* by todays standards. The interior requires a lot of maintenance works, bathroom, AC system, room interiors, everything is old and with issues. The outside pool is large size however the insulation painting on the pool floor was poorly applied and creates a funny feeling when you step on it. The breakfast buffet was decent, but again far from being a 5*
