Location and friendly staff
The description of the room mentioned there is a window without any direct sunlight, what it did not say was that the window opened to a wall. The housekeeping services were very poor. Coffee stains on the table were u touched . Used cups were left untouched

The view from the balcony. The food and the garden sitting area.
The room was quite small.

Location - close to the old city and the station
The Booking.com advertisement noted the room had a Courtyard View however there really wasn't a Courtyard and the view was facing a wall and a window probably one meter away. When we checked in the staff suggested we purchased an up-grade and indicated there was no window in our room.
