The people. Comfort of the room. Location. Excellent breakfast.

Nothing to dislike

Charming area, cool design, very good breakfast, kind staff, everything was close, the room was spacious, comfortable, and quite clean.

We chose this hotel specifically for its location and air conditioning—a must during an awful heatwave—and we booked two rooms. However, one room had no AC at all, and in the other, it wasn't working. We were told we could change rooms in the morning, but we were leaving for a pre-booked tour and couldn't waste 30 minutes to move our luggage. We had also booked valet parking, which wasn't cheap. To our shock, our GPS locator alerted us in the middle of our stay that our car was being moved for some unknown reason, and nobody ever told us about it. Suddenly, someone took it from its parking space and drove it 2 kilometers across the city. Finally, we asked for the car to be brought to us at checkout, but it didn't arrive on time. We had to wait with our luggage for another 50 minutes. What's even worse, they lied to us. They claimed the delay was due to an unexpected police stop, even though we could clearly see what was happening on the app. The staff knew we could see this but kept lying. We later checked the camera recording, and there was no sign of any issues with the police.
