Excellent clean great hosts great location

Personalul - amabil Locatie - pe faleza. Asigura parcare in apropiere acoperita, in spatiu privat. Locul de luat micul dejun si micul dejun. Camera - frumos amenajata

Personalul - desi amabil, este destul de retinut si pare stresat/nemultumit Micul dejun - desii destul de diversificat, de multe ori nu gaseai produsele la masa tip bufet si trebuia sa astepti sa aduca. De obicei se aduceau cateva din fiecare dar nu suficiente. Curatenia - cat am stat acolo nu s-a facut curat in camera, nu a fost schimbata lenjeria si nici prosoapele. Hotelul este intr-un bloc de locuinte iar curatenia lasa de dorit si in scara blocului. Parcare - Accesul cu auto in parcare este dificil, daca este o masina cu garda redusa - atingi podeaua cu bara iar la iesire risti sa nu ai aderenta cu toate rotile.

We initially could not locate the entrance and spent 20 mins wheeling our suitcases about trying to find it. Eventually we realised that the entrance was up 4 steps into a block of flats. I felt a little scared and nervous entering the building which was not very well kept and there was a dead animal lying in the street just outside. As the hotel was on the 3rd floor, we had to get into a very old lift, and considered going up one at a time in case it broke down. Upon reaching the reception on the 3rd floor, the whole place felt deserted until I heard someone in one of the rooms who turned out to be the cleaner. Our room was nice and had been cleaned well however we were kept awake by an alsation dog on the balcony opposite that kept barking at everything. Also there was a power cut during the night which turned on some emergency lighting in the room that woke us up. The breakfast was served outside with a nice view however I'm not sure what wouid have happened if the torrential rain had not stopped as there was no indoor seating. I did discover at breakfast that there were quite a few others in the hotel which surprised me as the whole place had seemed deserted when we arrived. The breakfast was pretty basic but ok. All in all, it is safe to say that this hotel did not match up to what we were expecting however after the initial terrible impression due to the entrance and lift it was okay.
