W-Collection Franschhoek at L'Ermitage

Wonderful property in beautiful Franschoek. The property is beautifully furnished & very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Daily cleaning option fantastic.

The room was beautiful with the most stunning views. This place was more than a room - it was like an high end apartment. Fabulous welcome from the Esme & her staff. Up the hill from central Franschhoek. Would love to come back 👍

Lovely spacious and clean accommodation. Gorgeous views. Thanks so much

Absolutely stunning Unit!!! There are quite a bit of stairs. The staff were there to assist with carrying luggage to and from the Villa. Staff were helpful and friendly. Communication was constant between reception throughout our stay. Villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The only issue is the dishwasher is placed on top of the washing machine. I am short so i needed help from hubby to fill up. Other than this. The kitchen was well equipped and well designed. The View was absolutely amazing from the balcony. Lake, River and Pool View. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were clean and elegant. A stronger hairdryer would've been helpful. Fragrances all round were stunning!!! We tried out the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious!! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend to families and couples! We also recommend updating the information on Hotels.com. We were under the impression there was no reception at the property.
