Amazing place! We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. 3 moms and three 13 year old boys had a blast! Boys spent hours on the water, mom relaxed on the deck! Clean, comfortable, everything we needed!

We enjoyed the space for a small family retreat and being that it was on the water hoped to enjoy more fishing, and crabbing which wasn't allowed. Luckily Mike’s Restaurant is a 5 min drive and a great option for crabs. There was a bit of confusion as to the accessibility to the water and pier, so just be aware that the view is amazing; compliments to the Creator. The space is located in a community that restricts boating and access so not recommended for recreational use if you're not familiar with the area or not ready to explore more options in rentals. Though the space wasn't the most private, the views were spectacular and worth booking just for the peace and quiet, or a work from home staycation option. The house was very clean on the inside and well stocked for guests' needs. beware of the bird poo on the back patio and furniture. The quick evening rains did well with washing them off, and drying them out for a night's under the stars.

The host was excellent — fast to respond and thorough in all communications. Highly recommend.

Amazing, very clean place, nicely decorated, quiet, relaxing, perfectly prepared. Warmly welcomed. Very quick response in the communication. The gear for watersports was wonderful, very friendly neighborhood. We definitely want to come back! Thank you Paul!
