This first-floor apartment for 4 is close to the ski slopes and makes the ideal base at any time of year. Situated in a traditional chalet residence in the heart of Claviere, the property enjoys uninterrupted mountain views and a cosy interior; ideal for a family or friends looking for alpine adventures or a couple on a romantic break.
The apartment’s décor includes wooden panelling and floors, which make it both warm and contemporary. The open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa and a dining table for 4 people. French windows lead to the private balcony, which looks directly onto the mountains. Back inside, the galley kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and extensive pine wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and is closed off from the hallway by a curtain.

The apartment is in the heart of the charming resort of Claviere, which offers many different options for après-ski entertainment to suit all budgets. For self-catering, there are supermarkets within 15 minutes of the apartment.
Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis and golf (a 2-minute drive) at one of Italy’s oldest and highest golf clubs. The area also hosts many festivals, from music to food and wine.
Turin airport is a 1-hour and 25-minute drive from the apartment.
