Discover a modern villa, located in a private domain, offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It includes a swimming pool and a reserved parking space.
This villa is located in Sotta, just 15 minutes from the centre of Porto-Vecchio and 20 minutes from idyllic beaches such as Cala Rossa, Saint-Cyprien, Pinarello and Santa Giulia.
The villa consists of three bedrooms for a total of 6 beds:
A master suite with a 160x200 bed, a dressing room, as well as a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
Two other bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x200), a built-in closet for storage and an en-suite shower room with toilet.
On request, a baby cot can be provided. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort.
The kitchen, open to a welcoming living room with a dining area and a TV area. There is also a pantry with a washing machine and dryer.
The villa offers a landscaped outdoor area, including a private swimming pool of 7mx3.5m.
The villa does not contain the top coat for the exterior plaster. This is only a matter of aesthetics.

Car charging during your stay is not included in the price.
The concierge package (check-in/check-out and check-out cleaning (estimated at 6 hours)) is mandatory. If the accommodations are returned in a very dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be required and must be paid directly on site to our service provider, in the amount of €200.
Check-in is from 16:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
