Our apartment is a wonderful place, located in one of the best areas of El Poblado—a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood.

The building is small, consisting of 6 apartments spread over 3 floors, plus a parking area. It was built in the 1980s with an architectural concept that was revolutionary at the time—and remains relevant today—featuring very spacious rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light, and a design that blends seamlessly with the rural surroundings.

The Space
Our apartment is very comfortable and features a somewhat eclectic decor. We love books, music, and art. We make sure to have cozy spaces for reading, studying, and working.

It’s located in the Las Lomas neighborhood, one of the most exclusive areas of El Poblado, the city’s best neighborhood. You’ll have access to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, currency exchange offices, and much more within walking distance. Less than a 10-minute walk from Provenza and Parque Lleras. The entire apartment will be rented out exclusively to you. We’ll provide you with a set of sheets and two sets of towels, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a private outdoor parking spot if you need it.
