Good location , all the sight seeing, market and restaurants are close by . Very convenient for a relaxing stay . Property needs to upgrade with cooling system and air conditioning. Living room windows if openable , fresh air circulation would refresh inside air. !! Ceiling fan would be an asset for improvement of the rental aspect. Host is very efficient as he provided a new portable fan quickly upon request .

This property is a personal favorite for myself and our friends. We have now booked it two years in a row and will be going again next year. Location is great, place is clean and very well equipped with all the essentials. Plenty of room for a family or couples, and the host is very responsive when I had questions.

Yes . But some stains in catpet by coach and some food on floor

It is a fantastic location, great views and great patio furniture. Downsides are the living room pull out couch is peeling and leaves a mess everywhere. The masterbath smells funky, probably needs a new fan. Warning there is a crazy property owner in condo 9 who hates VRBO stays and parked in front of our car and berated us for parking in the wrong spot, even thought there was parking available so we were unable to leave. Property management was responsive to concerns. Overall we were happy with our stay.
