The apartment, located on the upper floor of my townhouse, is situated in a quiet 30 km/h zone (one-way street) on the outskirts of town.
The town is quite centrally located between Dessau, Leipzig, Halle, and Köthen.
It’s just a few minutes to the A9 and A14.
It’s about a 15-minute drive to the beautiful, large Goitzsche Lake.
In town, there are supermarkets, a gas station ⛽️,a gym, an ice cream shop, and a lovely Greek restaurant, all surrounded by many parks and bike paths. There’s even an outdoor pool in Zörbig.
A grill, Wi-Fi, and 2 bicycles are also at your disposal.

The apartment itself is modern and fully equipped. Towels and bed linens are all provided. The apartment is 110 m². You’re welcome to use the seating area in the courtyard and, by arrangement, the garden and pool as well.
