Great spot & feels like home with plenty of space. Close to Colorado College and the shops & restaurants of downtown COS. This house has everything you need - a very cozy home to come back to after exploring & adventuring!

Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Colorado Springs. The neighborhood has some great history and is so close to all the great downtown destinations. The house has a really cool vibe and has been restored to maintain the integrity of the architectural style. There’s plenty of space to spread out, and to gather for meals and movies and games. The hot tub felt great on the cool nights after hikes in the incredible outdoor surroundings. We all slept great, and my husband and I both gave the coffee and coffee maker two thumbs up . When we get back to Colorado, we hope there is availability on East Boulder Street again!

Our stay was amazing! Great location. The home was clean and as it was as described on the posting. The host had great communication throughout my stay. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend!

This was a really nice house, it was perfect for 7 people. The hot tub was lovely and made for a very enjoyable stay.
