The bedroom is a king-size, serviced by a shower room. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, pub in 0.5 miles, beach in 0.2 miles, and lake in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. There is the convenience of lift access. Outside, there is designated off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. The apartment was ideal for the two of us. As well as having a well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating, there was ample storage space and coat hooks, in the hallway, on the backs of the doors in the bathroom, bedroom and lounge. Also the bed was comfortable, I even slept well on the first night! There is a lift to the first floor apartment and an allocated parking space.The location of the apartment is well situated. By taking a 10 min walk down to the esplanade it’s pleasant to walk along to the Marina, passing good restaurants. If you walk in the opposite direction the town centre of Exmouth is about a 15 min walk away. The Exmouth Pavilion that has events (check their website) and The Ocean centre has modern bowling alleys and a convenience store, which are all within walking distance.
