The place is very nice. It’s obviously been remodeled, not too long ago I believe it originally this was a motel of sorts and the rooms were converted to individual efficiency apartments great view of the beach. The only complaint really, and it was not my understanding when I read it completely so it’s on me. The air conditioning is only set at one temperature. You can only turn it on and off to regulate so I wish each unit had its own unit. But would stay again

Room was very clean and had everything you would need. Location is perfect with outstanding views of the sunrise and sunset. Host was very attentive to any needs. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints here and I would say the lister did everything above and beyond to insure a great experience. Just make sure you have a plan if you bring more than one car as it's exceptionally hard to find overnight parking in Daytona.
