Located on the first floor of a building with a typical Ligurian façade, it enjoys extremely close proximity to the sea: thanks to the private garage available on-site, you can literally forget about your car for the entire duration of your stay and choose to get around exclusively on foot. The apartment is a classic three-room unit consisting of a living area with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms: one fully equipped, the other a guest bathroom.
The entrance leads into a hallway, with the first bathroom—the guest bathroom—on the left. The first impression is striking: the light blue metallic color of the walls—finished to resemble Venetian stucco—combined with a unique play of light and the large, light-colored hardwood floorboards immediately highlight the modern style that characterizes the entire apartment.
This is further confirmed by the living area, dominated by a large leather sofa on one side and an open kitchen on the other. Pure white and fully equipped, the kitchen features a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine and dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a double oven—one electric and one microwave.
