Great place for our stay in Napier for the Hawkes Bay Marathon.

Very spacious home - wonderful for a family holiday - lovely setting and gardens - many amenities.Surprisingly the tv kept reverting to the French language even after we corrected the language settings to English! Also the wifi kept dropping out & cutting off television reception. Two kitchen items badly need replacing as we were unable to use either the air fryer or the oven roasting dish. These are minor and did not detract from the many enjoyable features of the house.

Nice property surrounded by nature. Unfortunately didn't know owners were in the property. Privacy interrupted by hosts family that could see us on the deck property ECT, making noise and alot of road noise
