These townhomes are conveniently located to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. We've stayed at a number of the properties in this development and find them all to be clean, modern, and well-appointed. This particular rental had good beds, comfortable furniture, and was well-equipped (with a couple exceptions) for our long weekend stay. The screened-in back porch was nice so that we could get some fresh air. The whole place was very very clean, all the appliances were in good working order, and there was plenty of hot water. Also - there were nice pots and pans, cutting boards, and the knives were sharp! Only nitpicky things: - No potholders/oven mitts. Had to use washcloths- Only one dish towel- No carrot peeler - I realize the days of leaving a basket with wine and snacks are over, but at least a handful of Keurig pods would be nice, especially at this price pointBut - we'd totally stay here again. The Dolly-themed decorations were fun!

Everything was amazing. Excellent communication. Very Clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again in the future.

Only issue was blankets on beds needed to be washed and a bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper and another one only has half a roll.Great property, new and clean.

Great location. Easy access to all of Pigeon Forge.
