Place was clean, quiet, and well equipped for what we needed for almost a week. It was close to the train station so we could ride the commuter rail into Boston, and to the highways(95+93). Communication with the host was good and she even helped with altering our booking through vrbo when we had a minor change in plans.

I liked it, but the house lacks a lot of hygiene, including the towels which were stained with bleach.

My husband and I just returned home from MA after staying at the Guest Haven from 10/6-10/11. The pictures are accurate to the listing, place is very well maintained and clean. King size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. Woburn is close to Salem and Boston which is why we chose the area. We ate in downtown at Brickyard which had good build a burgers. If we would return back to MA I would gladly choose this host again.

The accommodations were a very pleasant size for two people and were also quite clean. The neighborhood appeared to be very safe. Communication with the host was excellent. The small kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for some light cooking. They even provided bathroom essentials in case anything was forgotten.
