Christchurch Backpackers

Good for short stay. The price is valuable for students. The shower room is clean. Easy to travel around.

None.

I have booked more then once and each stay has been amazing. So homely and everyone is so lovely , approachable and easy to talk to!

The staff are fabulous! Very accommodating to specific wants/needs! All the stayers/visitors have been super kind and awesome to talk to. The rules and expectations are easy to understand and follow and are not over the top (they're really just common sense stuff really) I loved it so much that I extended my stay twice. No regrets staying here at all!! And the fact they have active night staff,if anyone needs help and to make sure everyone is safe and where they should be is brilliant;

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The price was right for what you got. The location close to the ocean was good and the road network to the hostel was also good.

The kitchen was not organized and there was no clearly marked location for leaving free items in the fridge or on the shelf. It was so disorganized that no food was labeled so there was no way of telling how old the food was and who it belonged to. The front door which required a security code entry seldom closed and locked properly so the code was often not required to gain entry
