I stayed at this charming family-run property for eight nights and genuinely enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent for discovering Hue on foot and exploring the city at a slower, more local pace. The property is simple, peaceful and comfortable, with a lovely homely atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the local character and personal touch throughout the property. The daily à la carte breakfast was a highlight. I tried the eggs, omelettes and pancakes, and really enjoyed the fresh fruit. I also appreciated the friendly staff and my daily conversations about life, especially with Tony, which made the stay feel much more personal. The price is very affordable and offers excellent value for money.

Great location and outstanding hospitality. The most friendly hosts I have ever seen. I came really early in the morning and I was greeted with a hot cup of coffee. They kept my luggage so I can go sightseeing before my check-in time. They also helped me book my ticket and a day trip. Breakfast was delicious and it’s walking distance from many great restaurants, night market and historic buildings. I will definitely stay here when I come back.

Location and staff were friendly.

I booked a double room and was changed to a twin room because "foreigners usually prefer a twin room". Then I couldn't change to a double room. I did not appreciate being lied to when they clearly just had made a mistake and given my double room to a walk-in guest. Please be honest with people about your reasoning to not give what was reserved and don't try to gaslight people by saying you're helping.
