La gentileza por parte de los propietarios fue excepcional. Tuvimos un problema gordo con Booking.com y la verdad que ellos se portaron de 10.Nos añadieron los 2 desayunos por lo mal que nos salio todo. No es culpa del hotel,pedimos que la gente reserve desde su misma web.

No me gustó que pagas calidad máxima,lo cual a nivel intimidad las villas se dividen con una lona. No creo que por el precio que pagas por noche merezcas esa intimidad,creo que pagas por tu intimidad máxima.

This hotel has 13 or 14 private rooms. Each room stands alone and has an outdoor terrasse or patio with seating and a tiny pool. Despite all being in a tiny area, they have great visual privacy from one room to another (in other words, you can't easily be seen even when you're outside). There isn't much "audio" privacy (people could hear you). The lighting in the room was very attractive. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel is about 5 minutes by foot from a bus stop that connects to Valencia public transportation. (I think most travelers use car.) The little town of Serra was such a pleasure to visit. A break from the more touristy areas like Valencia.

In addition to the tiny pool each room has, there is a larger pool in the common area for all guests. It was nice to look at. But I felt it was uninviting and too exposed to other guests eating breakfast or dinner, or to the hotel staff doing work. At the main entrance there is a big banner with the name of the hotel, but there were piles of trash bags and dumpster there during my two days there. I recommend an alternate location be found for the trash. It looks unwelcoming. The water seems to have salts which leave white deposits. The toilet was stylishly black, but had white stains. I recommend switching to white toilets at the next renovation. I received communications via booking.com, WhatsApp (multiple numbers), and e-mail with instructions on how to access the room ("we'll contact you in one day with a gate code, then again a day later separately with a room code"). I recommend fewer messages and using one form of communication. I came to Serra for the mountains. Unfortunately, the government closed access to the mountains due to risk of fire. The police kicked me out of the park. This isn't the responsibility of the hotel, but is important for hiking guests to be aware of. Despite my list of criticisms, I love this little hotel. I travelled solo, but this hotel is clearly appropriate for couples in love.

Acceso muy malo ,soy una persona mayor cuando fuimos a la habitación llevaba dos maletas i el director nos acompañó,subimos por unas escaleras metálicas bastante empinadas i en ningún momento hizo el gesto de ayudarme,habitación con humedad i ruido de la depuradora
