Location is quiet nice, is chill area for rich people.
Am not rich, but living in this area made you feel one of the chosen one when you leave the apartment otherwise you feel like a rat in this "cosy" keller.
The pictures does make you think you are going to stay in a very nice apartment but as soon as you enter you just get disappointed. However location is good and gives you everything you need

Nice location, close to the beach
Too small, not perfectly clean and not easy to find
