The staff, location and facitities were great.
The only complaint I have is that room, while comfortable, was rather dark, even with the lights on.

Amazing ! The Room was very comfortable. Reception people very nice polite and helpful. Restaurant people very polite again very nice. And the food and service was actually amazing. I did eat from the menu and the food was extremely good. Everything was perfect the area also was very good. And i find the complex very modern even the fourth floor bar restaurant was amazing i really loved everything

We like the location of the hotel. Everything we wanted to see or do was on a walkable distance. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and our room was spacious. The bed was incredibly comfy. Air-conditioning was a plus and the staff is very friendly overall!
The pool filtration system seemed off. There was some algae on the glass at the beginning of our stay, which seemed like it wasn’t cleaned for some time. Near the end of our stay the water turned merky green overnight and we thought it was due to the filtration not being turned on or broken.
We had a 10 night stay and as there is only 1 cleaning during an extended stay, we were supposed to use our towel for 5 days until receiving new ones. We thought that was a bit odd and unhygienic. A new towel was possible with a fee.
