This is more an AirBnB experience as it is a room in Stuart's apartment. The accommodation was perfect for one person, but might be a little cramped for a couple.

This was my first time trying this type of accommodation, renting a room rather than an entire apartment, and it worked very well. The host genuinely made an effort to make sure everything worked well. He was very kind, considerate and great source of information or advice. I felt like he really cared. The apartment is beautifully furnished, tidy, and clean. I only used the kitchen to make tea and to store food in the fridge, but it seemed very well equipped. I didn’t have much time to watch TV but Wi-fi worked well on my laptop and phones. Overall, it was a great choice for me.

Stuart is an outstanding host—warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The property itself is immaculately kept, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a stress-free stay. Special mention must go to the beds, which are exceptionally comfortable and guarantee a fantastic night’s sleep. The location is ideal for exploring the best of Sussex and the surrounding countryside, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

I liked that i had a roof over my head at night
The host was friendly..
I did not like the fact that I shared the accommodation with the host.
I believe it was a double room for me to stay for the 4 days.
I do feel that this should be properly advertised on Booking.com as it was misleading for the person booking.
Please clearly state this, so I, as the booker, can ascertain if I want to be there with the company. This makes it awkward.
Also, there should be a TV in the room if we do not want to go into the living room.
