Great location, breakfast had a good range of options and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Exceptional level of service from staff that went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Even after checking out a day prior, the staff let us leave our luggage in the lobby and shower before our next travel. Going above and beyond by preparing us a take away dinner free of charge. Excellent variety and quality of breakfast on offer. Very well proportioned room.

The only thing to note is that although we booked a room with a window, the window directly overlooked a wall. That being said, it did allow for some fresh air into the room and meant that the room was shielded from any noise on the street.

Honestly this review is for Solaria D'Oriente Hotel. When we arrived Tesori, the room was ok I but, it had an internal window. When I asked for one with a window they ddnt have and made a plan for me at D'Oriente, even paid for my transfers. When we arrived the staff was super friendly and took us to our room, beautiful hotel. Stunning finishes, the rooftop pool was also beautiful place to chill. Apart from the beautiful room, breakfast was the highlight. The food was delicious and you can even order off a menu in addition to the buffet. We really enjoyed our stay. An awesome way to conclude our Vietnam trip.
