Excellent location and the apartment was modern and well equipped.
The smell. Unfortunately some guest didn't abide by the no smoking rule and the smell travelled. Our bathroom on arrival was really unpleasant and this continued into our second day until the other guests had vacated. While not the fault of the rental company we did raise it they offered to have the cleaning company come at our convenience with some air freshener etc.

Breakfast not provided,self catering.it was convenient in location, at the time it catered for our needs.
The bathroom was a little on the small side,and there was pigeons situated on the adjoining window sill (noisey)

Wi Fi Had problems But went out instead to watch illumination s and was there to visit someone in Blackpool hospital on the three days we were there Ok

The location was good and most of the room was clean except for the bathroom
The bathroom was dirty and smelly

"It was modern, clean and close to all the amenities in St Annes. Once we parked the car in the courtyard it didn't move again till we left so no extra parking charges to pay. I would highly recommend ..."
