Hotel Club Sunway Punta Prima

Well laid out and well signposted, with easy access to all main and common areas. Room spacious, comfortable and full of hi-tech features Breakfast and dinner excellent with plenty of choice and good quality, well cooked food. Great salt water pool. Helpful reception staff, good info sheet.

Room missing a few things eg bathroom towel rack, and mirror & waste bin other than in bathroom. Felt like not quite finished: temporary clothes storage, wires coming out of wall, plaster splashes - but didn’t spoil visit. Pool not opening for swimming until 11h00 a little disappointing

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Beautiful gardens and lovely, peaceful location. Bar area was lovely with amazing views. Room cleaning was good.

An extra blanket would have made it more comfortable. Labels to indicate meat or vegetarian food would be good. The dinners were way too late-8pm. Which meant we had to feed our children something before. We normally eat at about 5. The single use table cloths seemed very wasteful-could tables just be wiped clean?

The facilities are very old and not properly cleaned. At the reception the smell is really bad. The room are very old fashioned and the garden are not well maintained, give a sensation of abandoned, especially in the room more faraway from the reception. The breakfast was terrible either way not fresh options, few fruits and salads are in poor condition. Unfortunately you have no options to choose to include breakfast and dinner but it was not good to eat it.
