Clean, nice location, comfortable

Walking distance to train station. Modern apartment.
The property is right on the adult entertainment district with girls close by waving their signs in your direction as you walk past, including my 12 year son! Whilst safe because it’s Japan, it was surprisingly also very ‘in your face’ and for us makes the property unsuitable for younger families. Property smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking.
Would be nice to have some instructions in English for the washing machine and air con. We couldn’t use the washing machine and Google translate wasn’t much use!
