Property is as advertised, There is a good communication channel when you need help, person there is pretty responsive. You have umbrellas to rent out which is useful.

there is place for it but there is no wardrobe (nothing surprising is on the photos), would be super convenient to use the empty space in a room to have that.

Location

No place to sit and eat food in room

The hotel had an excellent sized room (Deluxe triple but just 2 of us). We had space for our cases, a kitchenette & a washing machine (so wonderful to have a washing machine! Thankyou), and a good layout for the bathroom - good size. The room was very clean & comfortable. It was quiet at night & no noise from other rooms. Convenience stores nearby. Plus nice bakery (Pan-kobo Magokoro) or Kuromon market's Cafe Ibiku for breakfast. We could open the door onto the balcony for fresh air when required. There was enough toilet paper, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Very close to Kuromon Market, transport, Dotonbori, plus more. The staff answered questions very quickly (online as no staff onsite) & were very helpful. Nothing negative to say. Hit "Enter" before your entry code on the front door.

Nice clean room with comfortable beds and plenty of space including in the bathroom. The hotel even have their own transfer service at a bargain price. Another plus is the hotel has an area in the lobby where you can store your bags before or after check-in or check out

My score would be substantially higher if their was a dryer for the clothes, washing machine only👎 The TV doesn’t have English option in settings, well to be more accurate it did but it won’t let you select it so you’re locked out effectively. Supported Russian Chinese Japanese language only not English, the most spoken language on the planet.
