Great house and location: The red house delivered.

The property is in a quiet location, that’s easy to find and access. There are 4 bedrooms and one bathroom, with excellent facilities. Very responsive owner.

It would be great if the owner considered bedside lamps.

Great stay at Albany, convenient to Albany University and Empire statte Plaza

Very convenient location by Albany university student quads, bus nearby, safe street parking, Very clean house, very responsive hostages. House has anything you might need, nearby convenient store a block away and close drive to Empire state plaza , and downtown attractions/ venues

FYI, no elevators for mobility impaired individuals or people with small children for strollers , needs to bring a gate for the stairs

Worst booking ever made!

When I arrived to this Airbnb, I had traveled all the way from Virginia. I had booked this Airbnb at least a month in advanced . Once I arrived there was someone already occupied on the day that I was scheduled to be there. I also was there in Albany, New York for commencement for graduating with my RN degree. I had six other people with me that I did not have room to accommodate due to the local host who apparently did not check the calendar to make sure that those dates were available. I had communicated with her on Booking.com and asked her specific instructions before arriving two days before my arrival date. I had to end up staying at a hotel that was not feasible for me and my son and daughter and other party had to stay in different hotels. It was just a disaster it is no excuse. They try to blame it on Booking.com, but he has a local host who was very rude and nasty on the phone and pretty much told me she could not accommodate me and there’s nothing that she could do. I had to suggest for her to contact the owner and Booking.com Booking.con eventually offered to try to make accommodations for me, but it was already too late. I had already made my own accommodations because we had traveled 12 hours. Unfortunately there was a lot of traffic so it made the drive much longer at least two hours longer. The least that they could have done was paid for my new accommodations because it was just uncalled for we didn’t arrive there until late that night. We were exhausted. Save yourself some trouble don’t book there!

There was nothing to like. I was not able to stay there because someone was already in the unit.

Nice overnight stay as we were passing through. Would stay again

Very diverse neighborhood with friendly downstairs neighbor. Quiet neighborhood. Liked front porch to sit on. Lots of eating options. Grocery store not too far away. Very clean apt and kitchen everything we needed.

No dedicated parking. Parking is on street and had to park on another street overnight.
