Really nice apartment. Kitchen had all the facilities for cooking (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, etc). Gas hot water, very appreciative of that! Lovely bathroom newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Cupboard storage in bedroom. Very clean building.
Residents ensure the building door is shut and locked. They are quite particular about it which is fantastic (we stood outside trying to find the jacket pocket our key was in and a resident didn't let us in. Which is very good for the building security and we completely understood. )
Very good communication from the owner and a lovely gentleman
The couch was a little hard but it did the job

Mauro was super helpful and active host. When washing machine wasn't working, he found a replacement in less than a day.
Great localisation to walk around San Telmo and centrer of BA.
Many nice places for coffee and dinner.
Comfortable apartment.
Apartment is loude because of the street underneath and sometimes you can hear people chatter in adjoining apartments
